Emailing any support can be a bit of a stretch, be prepared to wait a long time as you are not going to be the only one emailing them with complaints.
If you want to email the Jazz Cash support the way to do this is to send them an email at complaints@jazzcash.com.pk
Here’s how to do this:
1. Open your email app and tap on “Compose” or the “Write”,
2. Copy this email: complaints@jazzcash.com.pk and paste it in the “To” or “Send” box,
3. Add the subject, you can write something like “REACTIVATE ACCOUNT”,
4. In the message section box input the reason why your account was deactivated initially and why you want it back.
5. The next thing would be to include the email associated with your account.
6. Finally, tap on “send” or on the “paper airplane icon” on the top right corner of your screen for Gmail users.
Once your mail has been sent, you have to wait for a few days, they typically get back to you in 2 to 3 business days.

2. Call 4444 (from your Jazz number),
3. Once you have been connected to a customer care representative, tell them to reactivate your account,
4. They will ask you a couple of questions regarding your account. So, make sure you still remember your login and profile details.
5. After this, as long as you have given them the correct details to your account, your Jazz Cash account will be reactivated instantly.

How to delete a Jazz Cash account
