You can get it from a Dinosaur Egg, which you earn from Dino Quests or the Pet Mutator.
It has a 35% hatch rate, so you have got a solid shot at it.
What the Raptor Pet Does in Grow a Garden
It has two passives: it gives a chance for the Amber mutation when you collect fruit, and it also makes your character move faster.
That second one is underrated, you will feel it when zooming around your garden.
