You will need: luck.
That’s it.
Chance is: depends on how many players are in the round.
Not super rare but not guaranteed either.
It took me about 5 rounds to get it.
Quick tip: join rounds with fewer players. Less competition means more chance to be picked.

I tested this in a few rounds.
Here’s what worked for me:

The role works best when you play smart and keep moving.

Yes, if you like chaos.
If you are aggressive and know your abilities, it’s just fun.
If you just want to chill or finish quests, skip it.
