How To Factory Reset Xumo Box Without Remote

Can’t find your Xumo remote but need to reset your Xumo box?

In this guide, I’ll show you how to reset your Xumo box without the remote.

If you’re having trouble with your Xumo box and can’t access it through the remote, you may need to factory reset it.

This guide will show you how to do it without a remote:

Step 1: Power Off the Xumo Box

Remove the power cable from the back of the Xumo box to turn it off completely.

Look for a small reset button on the back or bottom of your Xumo box.

It’s usually a tiny hole that may require a pin to press.

Use a paperclip or similar object to press and hold the reset button.

While holding the reset button, plug the power cable back into the Xumo box.

Continue holding the reset button for about 10-15 seconds until the box powers on and you see the Xumo logo.

After the Xumo logo appears, release the reset button.

Your Xumo box will now start the factory reset process.

Wait for your Xumo box to complete the reset.

This may take a few minutes, and it will reboot automatically.
