You can get the Kitsune now by either getting a Zen Egg (see link below) from the Zen Shop for 30 Chi.
Or got it from the Zen Shop during the Zen event, it costs 55 Chi Points then, which you earn by submitting Tranquil-mutated plants.

The Zen Shop refreshes every hour, and the Kitsune doesn’t always appear, so you will need to check back often.
If you want to find it faster, you can spend 75,000 Sheckles to refresh the shop manually.
