From the list of options in step 4, select “Background color” and swipe left to pick the color of your choice.

Once you have done this, you can go ahead and write or edit your notes accordingly, then save per usual.

How to Change the Background of Samsung Notes App to a Custom Image

If you want to change your Samsung notes writing pad background to a custom image, you can do so by following almost the same steps below.

The only difference this time is that instead of “Page settings”, you will use “Page templates”.

Step 1: Open the Notes app on your Samsung device.

Step 2: Tap on the ‘Write new’ icon or edit an already saved note.

Step 4: Scroll up to “Downloaded” and tap on the “+” and your Gallery app will open automatically.
